一、单位简介

一、研究所介绍

中国科学院深海科学与工程研究所（以下简称“深海所”）是由中科院、海南省、三亚市三方共建的直属中科院的科研机构，2016年5月正式运行。2018年4月12日， “深海摩天台”的重要前沿，预测所依据的前沿领域在密切关注深海海测深海海测，“深海进入、深海探测、深海探测、深海海测”和装备研发，深海装备在海南的集结开放重大平台建设推进，以海南为基地的陆海海基地部署，建设以海南为基地的新时代国家深海科技战略力量。

中科院、海南省、三亚市共建的中国科学院直属科研机构——中国科学院深海科学与工程研究所（IDSSE）于2018年正式投入运行2016年5月。2018年4月12日，习近平总书记视察IDSSE。按照他关于“加快建设海洋强国”的重要指示，IDSSE一直致力于开展“深海进入、深海探测、 “深海开发”在中国周边与深海相邻的前沿地区，旨在  建设现代深海科技基地和共享开放平台，推动国家深海重大装备在海南集结，形成以海南为龙头的新时代国家深海科技战略力量协调陆上和海上活动的基地。

体系所积极探索的机制创新，推动“深海海内外、全国范围内的科技创新”体系合作，共同形成中科联盟。深海重大拥有装备的集结地。目前正在建设大型深海超高压模拟实验实验基地支持系统；拥有成体系的深海探索深渊着陆器；“一号”“探索二号”二号科考船（其中，“探索二号”与海南省深海技术创新中心共有）；作为业主单位，负责4500米载人潜水器“深勇士”号和全海深载人潜水器“奋斗者”号载人潜水器的全国入围中科院运营典型实验室。实验室建设清单重点组织深海实验室与技术。

IDSSE积极探索体制机制创新，致力于打造“立足海南、辐射全国”的“小核大网”深海科技创新协同研究体系。与中科院内外100余家 单位 结成实质性战略合作联盟，   已逐渐成为国家重大深海装备的聚集地。目前，IDSSE已建成大型深海超高压模拟实验装置等岸基支撑系统。拥有系统的深海深渊着陆器和两艘科考船；“探索一”和“探索二”（其中“探索二”与海南深海科技创新中心共享），IDSSE作为业主负责4500米载人潜水器“深海”的运维海战士”和全海深载人潜水器“战斗机”。IDSSE入围中国科学院首批典型实验室建设名单，牵头成立深海科学与智能技术国家重点实验室。

1.岗位职责 

1. Position Responsibilities

能够准确把握学科动态和发展方向，注重战略谋划和前瞻布局；积极组织、策划和承担国家、院重大科研或工程项目；组织带领团队开展具有国际水平的科技创新工作，取得具有重要影响的重大成果或攻克关键核心技术难题；与国内外知名科研机构、高校、企业等开展高水平的学术交流与合作研究；积极培养青年人才。 

Be able to accurately grasp the dynamics and development direction of the discipline, pay attention to strategic planning and forward-looking layout. Actively organize, plan and undertake major scientific research or engineering projects of China and CAS. Organize and lead the team to carry out scientific and technological innovation work with international standards, and obtain major achievements with important impact or overcome key core technical problems. Carry out high-level academic exchanges and cooperative research with well-known scientific research institutions, universities and enterprises at home and abroad, and take active part in cultivating young talents. 

2.申请资格条件 

2. Eligibility Criteria

自觉遵守中国法律法规，具有良好的学术道德。 

Consciously abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and have good academic ethics.

年龄原则上不超过50周岁。 

Normally not over the age of 50.

应具有在海内外知名科研机构、高校或大型企业研发机构等担任教授或相当岗位的任职经历，是相关领域优秀的学术技术带头人。 

Should have experience as a professor or equivalent position in well-known scientific research institutions, universities or large enterprise R&D institutions at home and abroad, and be an excellent academic and technical leader in related fields. 

如申报国家、中科院相关项目，还应该满足相应申报要求。 

When applying for national and CAS related projects, the corresponding application requirements should be met.

3. Welfare and Salary

年薪：50-100万元 

Annual salary: Half a million to one million RMB

科研经费：入选国家、中科院人才项目的可配套500-800万元科研经费； 

Scientific research funding: 5-8 million RMB in supporting scientific research funding for those selected for national and CAS talent projects.

聘用岗位：全国重点实验室副主任/研究室主任/研究员； 

Positions: Deputy director of the national key laboratory/research laboratory director/researcher.

研究生招生：博士生导师、保证研究生招生指标； 

Graduate student enrollment: PhD supervisor, guaranteed graduate student enrollment target.

住房福利：优惠价格购买“科学苑”人才房，根据人才层次给予一定程度“科学苑”小区购房补贴；积极为人才争取海南省高层次人才配套住房，5年80%，8年100%房屋产权赠予。

2.申请资格条件

自觉遵守中国法律法规，具有良好的学术道德。

年龄原则上不超过40周岁。 

Normally not over the age of 40.

取得博士学位后在海内外知名科研机构、高校或大型企业研发机构不少于3年（含）的科研工作经历，或具有担任副教授或相当岗位的任职经历。（在海外取得博士学位且特别优秀的，工作年限可适当放宽）。 

Having obtained a doctorate degree, with at least (including) 3 years of research work experience in famous research institutions, universities or large enterprises at home and abroad, or with experience as an associate professor or equivalent positions. (For candidates who have obtained their doctoral degree overseas with exceptional merit, the working period can be relaxed appropriately).

如申报国家、中科院相关项目，还应该满足相应申报要求。 

When applying for national and CAS related projects, the corresponding application requirements should be met.

年薪： 40-50万元； 

Annual salary: 400,000 - 500,000 RMB.

科研经费：入选国家或中科院人才项目的，可配套200-500万元科研经费； 

Research funding: 2-5 million RMB in matching research funding for those selected for national or CAS talent projects.

聘用岗位：研究员/副研究员一级/特聘研究员/特聘副研究员；

Employment positions: Researcher/first-class associate researcher/special researcher/special associate researcher.

研究生招生：硕士生导师、保证研究生招生指标；入选国家、院相关项目的可认定为博士生导师。
