岗位描述：

流固界面热质输运基础理论是非常规地下资源开发利用、高超声速飞行器热防护等国家重大需求中亟需攻克的难题，是本学科未来的重点研究方向之一。设立该岗位，旨在招聘具有该方向研究经验和较深理论基础的科研人员，加强团队在该方向的研究实力，为学科发展提供助力。 The fundamental theory of heat and mass transfer at liquid/solid interface is one of the challenges in the unconventional underground resources exploration and hypersonic flight vehicle thermal protection, and it will play an important role in this field. The purpose of setting this position is to recruit researchers with experience in this direction and to do the research on the principle and application technology of micro/nanoscale heat and mass transfer at interface/surface.

资格条件：

1）具有博士学位，且毕业3年以内；2）具有博士后研究经历或两年以上在研究型大学或研究机构工作的经历；3）可独立从事表界面传热传质学方面教学与科研工作，完成的研究成果在国际或国内有一定的影响，可承担必要的、与学科发展关联的管理与服务工作；4）事业心强，善于沟通，身体条件良好，能满足科研工作任务要求。 The applicants should have doctor’s degree, have graduated for less than 3 years, have more than 1-year research experience including postdoctoral job, can be independently engaged in the teaching and research, have the international impact, can undertake some management and service.
