岗位描述：

1．在视觉媒介发展前沿领域专业教学与学科建设中发挥骨干作用，承担相应纵向和横向科研课题，形成并发表高质量学术成果； 2．圆满完成岗位聘任所要求的教学任务，积极承担院系根据教学方案所要求开设的课程； 3．能够承担学生实践训练指导、高水平学术竞赛指导、综合论文训练、班主任工作、以及其他岗位考核所需的公共服务工作量，并积极参与并完成院系交与的工作任务； 4．参与国际、国内学术团体，并取得影响力。 1. Play a pivotal role in professional teaching and discipline development in the forefront of visual media advancements. Undertake relevant longitudinal and horizontal research projects, generate and publish high-quality academic outcomes. 2. Successfully fulfill the teaching obligations required for the position appointment, actively engage in offering courses as required by the department's teaching plan. 3. Provide guidance for student practical training, high-level academic competitions, comprehensive paper preparation, class advisory responsibilities, as well as other public service activities required for position ｅｖａｌuation. Actively participate in and complete tasks assigned by the department. 4. Engage with international and domestic academic associations and establish a significant impact.

资格条件：

1．应聘者在视觉传达设计、视觉媒介以及相关学科领域有6年及以上的高水平大学任教经历，并具有副教授及以上职称；或在相应研究机构或业界有丰富的工作经历及成果，取得相应的资格或职称； 2．原则上应有博士学位和海外留学、就职或国际合作经历； 3．在视觉媒介与人工智能领域有较丰富的成果积累并获得较好的行业认可，有较大的行业影响力，有能力承担和主持未来视觉媒介领域学术研究和实验室的教学与研究工作； 4．有能力开设和讲授至少2门本科专业核心课程和1门研究生专业课程。 1. Applicants should possess over 6 years of high-level university teaching experience in visual communication design, visual media, and related disciplines. 2. Hold the title of associate professor or Corresponding professional title. Ideally, applicants should have a doctoral degree, as well as overseas study, employment, or international cooperation experience. 3. Demonstrate a substantial accumulation of achievements and industry recognition in the field of visual media and artificial intelligence. Exhibit considerable industry influence and possess the ability to undertake and lead future academic research and teaching in the field of visual media. 4. Be capable of developing and instructing at least 2 undergraduate core courses and 1 graduate-level specialized course.
