西北大学国际教育学院兼职教师招聘启事

西北大学国际教育学院是西北大学内设二级单位，承担国际学生招生、教学培养、日常管理、后勤服务和国际中文教育学科建设与科学研究工作。学院位于西北大学太白校区，目前共招收有来自40个多国家和地区的国际学生1000余名。为满足学院的高质量发展，现面向社会招聘兼职教师。

 

一、岗位需求

工作岗位：国际经济与贸易专业本科（英文授课）课程兼职教师

专业背景：国际经济与贸易、经济学、管理学、市场营销、财务管理等

 

二、招聘条件

1.热爱教育事业，政治素质良好。有良好的文化沟通能力和合作精神，具备事业心和责任感，身心健康。

2.海外硕士及以上学历，有教学经验者优先。

3.英语熟练，可用英文作为工作与授课语言。

4.具有扎实的专业理论基础和良好的教学方法，能胜任专业课程教学工作。

5.能保证教学工作的连续性，按时在岗工作。

6.符合相关条件的外籍人士可考虑签约长、短期外国专家项目。

Teaching positions: Part-time teachers of Undergraduate (English-taught) courses in International Economics and Trade

 

I. Required professional backgrounds

International Economics and Trade, Economics, Management, Marketing, Financial Management, etc.

 

II. Qualifications

1. Passion for education. Good political quality. Sensitivity to cultural traits and differences, and the ability to adopt personalized communication strategies. The dedication to the job. Good physical and mental health.

2. Master's Degree and above. Prior teaching experience is preferred.

3. High proficiency in English. English can be used as the working and instructional language.
